What is the website address?

or elearning.seiuhealthcare.ca.
There are then two options: members should choose the “Members” option and family members should choose “Family” option.

What if I have lost my membership card?

Please contact the Member Resource Centre (MRC) at 1-877-672-7348 to report a lost membership card.

Do my family members get certificates upon course completion in their name?

Yes, your family members will be able to get certificates in their name, as long as they register in the appropriate area of the sign–in page.

Can I use my certificate to apply for further education?

No, but you can include your certificates on your resume.

I don’t have a computer, are there other options to access the courses?

You can access the courses on all electronic devices: computers, mobile phones, tablets, etc.
