Windsor Star: Disgruntled home-care workers unionize in face of claw backs

"Tired of uncertain working conditions and recent pay cuts, several hundred of Windsor’s frontline home-care workers are turning to one of the province’s most powerful health care unions for help.

An estimated 300 nurses and personal support workers at Revera Retirement Living took a union vote last week in a bid to join the health-care arm of the Service Employees International Union."
